Builder Development Manager - Sydney

Details of the offer

The Role
Fisher & Paykel is an iconic Australasian brand, a global company with a strong local heritage.
Our origins inspire our culture of curiosity and passion to develop solutions designed around people - these are some of the core elements that make us unique.
We are driven by our values of being trusted, sustainably minded, innovative, generous, and curious.
As a team we take a collaborative approach and have a working environment where all ideas are heard, evaluated, and tested against our leading goal - to be the world's most human-centred appliance brand.
Our business is going from strength to strength, and we are looking to partner with key influencers in the Builder and Developer space to create enthusiasm for both the F&P and Haier brands, converting that enthusiasm into sales!
With significant investment in the design and architectural space, now is the time for Fisher & Paykel and Haier to really shine - it's a great time to join the team!

With a base at our Australian HQ in
Macquarie Park , as an
entry level Builder Development Manager , you will partner and influentially manage relationships and business interactions with Developers, Designers, Architects, Builders and ABDs (Authorised Builder Distributors) in the broader Sydney metro area, delivering a seamless brand-aligned F&P experience.

Aside from this, an understanding of Developers, Builders, and ABDs and their environmental influences in New South Wales would be desirable.
You will keep current on changes, commercial best practice & opportunities, consumer needs, and competitor activity, identifying and developing strategies that drive commercial sales and increase market share.
To be successful in this role, you may have:
A track record of building strong commercial relationships.
An ability to listen and address our customers' requirements, and to go the extra distance.
Experience partnering with multi-residential developers & home builders is favourable but not essential.

Looking for the opportunity and seizing it.
Demonstrated strategic thinking with a highly commercial mindset.
Results-driven ability to establish new business and continue to add value with existing customers.
Ability to manage key relationships, growing respect and camaraderie within the builder community and engage with authenticity.
Strong understanding of the levers that drive our customers required to deliver profitable growth and a world-class end-to-end customer experience.
We will provide you with comprehensive training and tools of trade to ensure you are set up with everything you need to be successful.
Attitude and aptitude are everything.
Some of our most successful employees have come from outside our industry; their energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to grow is the key to success.
If you want to make your mark in our ever-growing business apply now including your cover letter & CV!
