In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of centralized and coordinated support and advice for the Department's external budgeting activities. It liaises closely with internal and external stakeholders, delivers budget-related advice, conducts information sessions for staff, and reviews budget submissions to align with a strategic whole-of-agency approach. The role maintains current awareness of developments and forthcoming changes in government and collaborates across the Department to proactively respond to key government commitments. The role aims to contribute to building a culture of high performance, accountability, responsibility, and capability.
