Bubble Tea Manager Trailer

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Food Trailer Manager .
This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the food trailer, including opening and closing duties.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Prepare and serve menu items to the highest standards.
Manage scheduling and oversee another team member.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the trailer.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Must be comfortable working in a food trailer, including exposure to various weather conditions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Available for a 1-month trial period with the potential for a permanent position.
Shift Hours:
7:00 PM to 12:00 AM 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM Shift times are subject to change as we refine our schedule.

MUST SIGN AN NDA AND NON-COMPETE CONTRACT

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
