Permanent Full Time Up to 38 Hours per week Location: Bendigo Pay rate + penalty rates, overtime, and allowances + superannuation About the Role As our busy season kicks in we are on the look out for casual team member to join our team - you must be available to work 30-38 hours per week peak season Nov-May As a Brush cutting Team member, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across City of Bendigo council roadside This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.
Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience.
Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.
Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

About You Previous experience working roadsides or on a large scale mowing contract desirable.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Manual license required - now work vehicle to be issued but must be able to drive work vehicle of another team leader if the need arises White Card Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
