Job Description: We are seeking an Operations/Ecommerce Assistant to support the daily operations at Brunae Body. You will support the logistics, website trading, supply chain and general team in continuing the growth here at Brunae.

Ecommerce/Retail
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the Brunae Body ecommerce website and marketplace channels, aligning with brand marketing and product plans. Monitor and report on inventory management, supply chain logistics, product performance, and logistics efficiency. Assist senior team with Demand Planner/Inventory Forecasting. Coordinate site updates, such as promotions and product uploads. Work with broader team to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain quality of delivery. Monitor and measure channel performance; present monthly trade results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Uphold quality standards and service levels across all customer touchpoints. Assist with digital marketing team to ensure growth in organic and paid advertising. Preferred Qualifications/Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience working with at least 1 ecommerce business. Practical experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Xero are all highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proven ability to trade ecommerce websites and marketplace channels. Deep understanding of ecommerce, retail, and digital marketing. Hands-on experience with Inventory Management Systems. Knowledge in product development and supply chain.
