Day-to-day responsibilities: Be the go-to expert in-store for your category whether it be makeup, skin and fragrance; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing. Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store. Requirements of the role: Availability to work late evenings and weekends. What you will bring to this role: Proven experience in performing services in your category. Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin. Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your expertise to build your category. An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude.
