Meaningful Work From Day One
The Sales Operations Manager is an exciting Sales Leadership role that will work in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team (SLT), reporting directly to the Sales Director. Working at a national level, the key responsibilities of this role include Salesforce Management and Planning, Commercial Reporting, Leading Sales Incentives, and managing commercial third parties. Strong project management and system improvement are critical skills required for this role to successfully support the sales function in delivering the Brown-Forman business strategy. This role will require excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with key internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.
What You Can Expect
Manage Salesforce Operations for the total Australian Sales function. Deliver Quarterly Sales Briefings planning and execution, in partnership with Marketing. Manage the Field Sales Short Term Incentive and develop clear performance and execution targets for the team, whilst managing the monthly reporting analysis and providing actionable recommendations. Lead System and Tool Development (Segmentation and Salesforce Tools). Lead third-party management, collaborating with our strategic partnership teams (National Accounts/Chains) and managing Telesales end-to-end campaigns. What You Bring to the Table
Minimum 8 years of sales experience, ideally within the liquor or FMCG industry. Proven experience using data analytics to enhance and optimise business processes and operations. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to create and deliver influential presentations. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage key internal and external stakeholders. What Makes You Unique
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. Strong project management and system improvement skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and ability to develop actionable insights from data. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving business results. Who We Are
