You are proficient in consumer lending and related financial products (e.g., mortgage loans, property management, construction). Ensure clients' expectations are surpassed. Collect, organise, and submit loan applications while ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documents. Liaise with lenders, maintaining consistent communication to facilitate timely assessment of applications and influencing processing timelines. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on application progress and proactively addressing additional documentation needs. Communicate with professionals like conveyancers, real estate agents, accountants, valuers to facilitate smooth loan processing. Efficiently manage client data within CRM systems, navigating the loan portal 'Apply Online' for application submissions. Verify documentation for accuracy, validity, and compliance with policies and legislation, ensuring thorough understanding of loan products and policies. Provide exceptional service, verify supporting loan documentation, follow up on incomplete documentation, and maintain regular client communication. Perform basic income calculations, assist with loan sign-ups, conduct initial borrower appraisals, and prepare annual review meetings for clients. Manage the client experience from application to settlement. Identify business opportunities and influence processing timelines. Develop a thorough understanding of loan products and policies. Qualifications:
Cert IV in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Preferred but not essential). FBAA/MFAA Accreditation (Preferred but not essential). Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory). 2-3 years industry experience (preferred although not essential). Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in Wollongong.
