As a broker you will be responsible for managing the client from servicing/research, all the way to post settlement duties. The credit analyst will be responsible for ensuring leads are processed in a timely manner and managing operations. Having experience working within credit assessment and having a passion for excellent customer service is preferred for this role.
Macquarie Park, Sydney (WFH Tuesday and Friday) Full-time Mortgage broker/credit analyst (minimum 2-3 years mortgage broking experience) $75K annual salary + Super + Bonus (leads provided) Refyne is a young, dynamic & fast-growing mortgage broking company, specialising in mortgages for individual investors looking to also buy within their SMSF, with a very strong focus on customer service. Our company is growing fast, and we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and detail-focused broker/lending specialist that has the ambition to build his/her career in the mortgage broking space.
Duties of the role: Credit Assessment: Demonstrate knowledge and skills in loan processing and credit assessment. Loan Structuring: Analyse client information and present suitable mortgage options, explaining the features and benefits of each product. Lender Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with a wide range of lenders to access competitive mortgage products and rates. Application Management: Assist clients with completing and submitting mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender policies.Experience with systems like Broker Engine, FLEX and AOL. Negotiation & Advocacy: Negotiate loan terms and conditions on behalf of clients, advocating for their best interests. Market Knowledge: Stay current with Australian mortgage market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice. Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and ethical standards. Client Support: Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the mortgage process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in mortgage broking as a credit analyst or equivalent; Minimum Qualification Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking; Experience using Quickli, Broker Engine, Flex, Apply Online and Australian bank platforms; Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders; Proficient in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
