Kick start and progress your insurance career with a global firm Provide insurance administration support to our Brokers Hybrid role - work from home and the office Aon is looking for candidates with strong administration and/or insurance experience.

What the day will look like Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success! Responsibilities: Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency, and endorsements Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service How this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.

About You This position requires a driven and experienced self-starter with strong administration and customer service skills.
Additionally, you will have the following: Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded) Client service, Underwriting, Claims, or Insurance Broking experience (highly regarded) Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded) Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain this (highly regarded) Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proactive, organized, and ability to meet deadlines Work collaboratively within a team and autonomously Excellent attention to detail Ongoing support and mentoring will be provided to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression.
