About YouWe're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience as an agronomistCan monitor, identify, diagnose, and recommend suitable weed, pest, disease, and nutrition management strategiesHas strong organisational and time-management skillsCan form trusting client relationshipsIs an Australian Citizen or Permanent ResidentThe RoleAs a Broadacre Agronomist, your responsibilities will include:
Providing expert agronomic advice to our broadacre farming clientsEnsuring timely and excellent delivery of our service cycleCollaborating with our seasoned team of advisorsEngaging with the farming community through discussion groups, crop walks, and industry eventsDeveloping comprehensive weed control strategies and formulating tailored nutrition and fertiliser plansPromoting operational efficiencies and implementing best practices for soil health and weed control managementAssisting clients with crop rotation planning and variety selectionCollecting and analysing paddock data to inform our agronomic advice and recommendationsOur MissionOur goal is to develop thriving regional communities, supported by sustainable, confident, and prosperous farming businesses.
