In this role, you'll be hands-on, working closely with our Nursery Coordinator to keep things running smoothly. You'll be involved in everything from collecting seeds and cuttings to overseeing propagation and training our supported employees. As a key part of the team, you'll help make sure we're producing top-quality plants that meet customer needs, all while creating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone can thrive.

About You We're looking for someone reliable and enthusiastic, with a love for plants and community work. If you know your way around a nursery, enjoy helping people, and can keep a team motivated, this role could be a great fit for you.
Some of your key responsibilities: Support the Nursery Coordinator by performing other tasks as directed. Ensure timely and accurate task completion to meet business needs. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism across all tasks. Comply with all genU policies, procedures, and work instructions. Ability to work autonomously, managing and prioritising your workload effectively. Adhere to OH&S guidelines and promote safe practices, including PPE use. Flexibility to work across different sites if business needs arise. You will need the following for this role: NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (WOM) or willingness to obtain.
