Experienced Underground Supervisors with a strong background of leading crews within Belt Installations are required to deliver parcels of Project Work commencing in August 2024.

The minimum skills and expectations for this role are but not limited to:
Ensuring mining operations are conducted in a safe and efficient mannerAny safety issues are addressed and reported to the Mine Superintendent.Perform the daily supervision of the mine working areas in accordance with the relevant acts and regulations.Conduct daily work planning and toolbox meetings.Provide guidance and direction to the mining crew.Create training, mentoring and succession plans for your mining crew.  On Offer Competitive salary packageSalary Packaging Options such as Novated Leases on Vehicles or flights.Accommodation and meals provided at camp facilities.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and the whole family.Apply For Job
