The Brewing Projekt in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Brewing Operations / Production Manager to join our growing team.Over the last nine years, The Brewing Projekt has fought through federal government shutdowns, BS state legislation, and oodles of bureaucracy and red tape.
Over that time, we've grown from a small garage brewery self-distributing locally from the back of a pickup truck into a 36K Sqft destination brewery with distribution in 15 states, England, the EU, Australia, Japan, China and growing.
The struggles have been great, but the journey sure has been a ride and we're not done yet… In 2023 The Brewing Projekt produced 86 unique products so changing things up and pushing the boundaries are what we're built on.
In addition to our own products, we've taken on contract production of beer and NA/Alternative beverages that continues to grow month over month ensuring that our tanks are full, and our lines are running!
2024 Annual production on track to exceed 12K BBLS.
