Reporting directly to one of the Brand Manager with with a dotted line to several others, you will be asked to design and analyse various reports that track the financial services results for multiple brands.What you'll doProvide a high level of administration support to the Brand Mangers and the wider Brand Management team and contributing to the team's overall performance. Administration includes loading of finance campaign modules, campaign maintenance and handling dealer enquiries.Prepare first class compliant presentations for delivery to various audiences (dealers, brands and Executive Management)Create and design analytical tools % reports, prepare accurate brand/campaign reporting and presentations to meet requirements of manufacturers, sales teams and senior management when required.Preparation of campaign pricing & approvals to support finance initiatives.Analyse and improve processes within the brand team.Introduce a level of automation for reporting by identifying common requests from different brands and departments.Provide effective communication to areas of the business with respect to the Brand and Product function.What you'll bringTertiary qualifications in marketing or business.Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a marketing or sales department environmentStrong organisational skills and a 'can-do' attitude as well as a willingness to learnFinancial or Automotive industry experience is advantageous.Excellent competencies in Word, PowerPoint and ExcelGood communication skills, excellent written communication and ability to multi-taskHigh level of attention to details and accuracy while working under pressure.Are you Driven by More?When you join Volkswagen Financial Services Australia you become part of a professional and dynamic team structure that is the foundation for the company's current and future success.
