Job Description
We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy for the New Holland brand across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Acting as 'brand custodian' and reporting to CNH's ANZ Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll bring global brand marketing strategies to life in the ANZ market and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders and agency partners to design and execute successful campaigns, events and brand initiatives that align with business goals.
What You'll Do: Collaborate with the commercial team to define and implement customer marketing strategies for New Holland's agricultural machinery, parts, service, and precision technology in Australia and New ZealandDevelop and present annual marketing plan to our business and dealer networkServe as the brand custodian, ensuring New Holland's look, feel, and messaging remain consistent across all channels, aligned with global guidelinesCreate and deliver compelling product, retail, and brand campaigns from concept to executionManage customer-facing brand eventsBrief and manage agencies, ensuring all outputs are optimised for impactMonitor, measure and report on activity effectiveness, striving for continuous improvementManage Advertising & Promotion budgets effectively and oversee spending on relevant activitiesAbout you: You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in marketing or communications, with at least 3 years in a comparable roleHighly organised with a proven track record of managing multiple projects at a single point in timeExceptional communication – both verbal and writtenYou love presenting and storytellingYou thrive in a dynamic environment, are results/solution-driven and recognise the importance of stakeholder managementA proactive mindset with an eye for detail and a talent for prioritising impactful initiativesSkilled in managing agency partnershipsSound budget management experience of >$1M AUD annuallyHigh proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)Skills in graphic design, video production and/or website content management systems and processes would be advantageousExperience in agriculture and/or farm machinery is a bonus but not requiredWhy Join Us?
