Step into a dynamic role driving revenue, profit, growth, and consumer love for the Weet-Bix brand across Australia and New Zealand! Under the leadership of the Senior Brand Manager, key responsibilities will include:
Brand storytelling: Investigate and recommend the appropriate communication and media plans across all current and emerging media channels, to deliver on key market share and brand health measures. Oversee, plan, and approve digital activity, including websites and social media.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives: Align with brand strategy for consumer impact and commercial success, including packaging, promotion, PR, partnerships, and all media/communications.
New Product Launches: Use your leadership skills to build strong connections across the business and with key customers to deliver project briefs, business cases, sell-in, and go-to-market plans that are best in class and generate excitement for new products and initiatives.
Collaborative campaigns: Collaborate with Media, Advertising & Sponsorship stakeholders to create fun, unforgettable, and effective marketing campaigns in conjunction with our ambassadors and partners.
Fuel innovation: Support the future innovation stream by linking clear consumer and brand insights to the creation of sustainable revenue through the Weet-Bix Innovation Pipeline.
Financial Performance and Budget Management: Track brand performance against financial objectives and manage the marketing budget to achieve profit targets.
Relationship Building: Forge strong, constructive connections with internal and external partners to provide representation in regular cross-functional forums, including analysis and reporting requirements.
Drive change: Investigate, recommend, and implement new technologies, processes, and practices.

Skills & Experience
Marketing degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
3+ years proven ability in brand management and communications leadership, preferably in FMCG.
Track record of building strong constructive relationships with customers & internal teams.
Knowledge and understanding of grocery retail dynamics.
Knowledge and understanding of mass communication processes and models.
Sound financial acumen in brand profit and loss.
Demonstrated experience with bringing new products to market, including cross-functional project team involvement.
Ability to use creative marketing techniques effectively.
