The Role As a Brand Manager with Merivale, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives within specific portfolios of Merivale business units and venues, including but not limited to the strategy, and end-to-end delivery of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. The role will be a part of the Marketing & Creative department, and report to the Head of Brand Marketing.
Some core responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day partner and internal Merivale relationships. Have an intrinsic understanding of key marketing objectives for different Merivale & partner brand/s to align with business priorities.Execute and deliver on annual marketing strategies across key portfolios to drive growth for brands and commercial partners.Communicate consistently and effectively with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running and success of all marketing projects & campaigns.Identify and develop opportunities and strategies for new projects that align with Merivale's business and marketing objectives.Be responsible for marketing projects in their entirety, from concept through to delivered results.Own project budgets across the entirety of the campaign including reconciliation while also supporting the senior marketing team with the forecast of marketing budgets across the year.The Essentials 4+ years' experience in a brand, marketing, partnerships or project management role with end-to-end marketing campaign and project management experience.A strategic mindset and ability to implement and deliver completed projects.A collaborative approach with the adaptability to work as part of a team, and autonomously.A go-getter attitude and passion for creating immersive brand experiences.A digital and data-driven mindset and a want to push boundaries.An interest in events, hospitality, food and drinks with excellent communication & presentation skills.The Reward You will be joining a company that wants you to succeed, we offer:
