We are looking to recruit a Brand Manager for La Roche Posay. The position is responsible for the implementation of the Brand Frame and ensures the overall performance & health of the brand.
ABOUT THE ROLE: Analysing customer behaviours, market trends and competitor activity and brand analysis within the dermocosmetics and wider skincare categoryEstablishing positioning, identifying target audiences for franchisesDeveloping forecast, marketing plans and objectivesImplement and monitor the localised Brand Frame(s) & calendars for the forthcoming year for franchises.Create and manage the Launch, Animation, plans for respective franchises.Anticipate future opportunities and areas for brand improvement.Manage assigned external agencies and suppliers.Preparation and distribution of post campaign analysis on NPD, and campaigns and project best practicesLead creation of localised sellable goods for the Australian market.Work collaboratively with function on the creation of marketing support materials the fieldPlace KPIs behind all key marketing activityEnsure brand identity is maintained while growing equity and medical distinctionUpdate A+P tracker as per financial compliance processABOUT YOU: Previous experience within a Assistant/ Brand or Product manager roleExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience operating within regulatory frames and legal teams is highly advantageousPrior exposure to managing media channels, agencies and publication contentHigh attention to detail and analytical skillsABOUT THE PERKS: Profit share, Life Insurance and Income ProtectionHybrid work environment.
