As the Brand Manager, you will assist in executing brand strategies, managing day-to-day activities, and supporting innovation launches, ensuring alignment with the brand's business objectives.With a full brand refresh in development and exciting expansion opportunities in China and Southeast Asia, this is your chance to help shape Dr. LeWinn's next chapter, backed by deep consumer insights and a bold vision for the future.Key Accountabilities:Trends and Insights: Develop a deep understanding of category and consumer trends, translating them into actionable brand strategies.Brand Strategy: Implement brand strategies aligned with business goals, supporting long-term growth across key markets. Contribute to 3-year brand plans and execute them to meet objectives and reinforce positioning.Innovation: Support the creation and execution of a strong 3-year innovation pipeline, collaborating cross-functionally.Communication: Execute communication strategies and media plans in line with brand strategy, ensuring consistency and effectiveness to drive growth. Embrace new marketing techniques and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.Budget Management: Effectively manage brand budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and maximising ROI.Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a high-performance culture, contributing to team development and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.About you:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Commerce, or related field.Experience working within either FMCG and/or the pharmacy industry.Strong project management and cross functional leadership skills.Comprehensive understanding of brand planning and innovation management.Strong operational expertise including forecasting and inventory control.Commercially savvy including sales and margin tracking, and advertising & promotion effectiveness.Superior written and verbal communication skills, highly organised and can work effectively within time constraints.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Ready to make an impact?
