Position Overview:
As the Brand Manager for our health and wellness consumer brand, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of brand strategies to ensure a strong market position. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging, consumer relevance, and brand differentiation. This role offers the opportunity to lead creative marketing campaigns, nurture brand growth, and be part of a company that's making a positive impact in the world of wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage strategic brand plans to drive awareness, consumer loyalty, and sales growth.Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, retail, and influencer marketing.Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify new opportunities and trends within the health and wellness space.Work closely with the product development team to align new product launches with brand positioning and customer demand.Manage the creation of all brand communications, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and tone across all platforms.Collaborate with sales teams to develop in-store promotional strategies and ensure effective execution at retail.Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.Lead partnerships and collaborations with influencers, brand ambassadors, and wellness advocates to increase brand reach.Manage the brand's online presence, optimizing digital marketing strategies and driving customer engagement on social media platforms.Oversee the brand budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.Stay informed on the latest health and wellness trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.3+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in the health, wellness, or lifestyle consumer sector.Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with health-conscious consumers.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, influencer partnerships, and content creation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for influencing and inspiring teams.A passion for health, wellness, and living a balanced lifestyle.Experience working with external agencies, including PR, digital, and creative teams, is a plus.What We Offer:
