We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager - Balfours for our Sales & Marketing team in Sydney, who will lead the development and execution of our brand strategy for our Balfours brand and a new brand launching in 2025. This full-time position is based in our office in Rhodes, NSW.
About the role: As the Brand Manager for Balfours and New Brand, your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with the Senior Marketing Manager and other departments to develop and implement brand strategies that align with both brands' objectives.Crafting and refining our brand's market positioning with clear and persuasive communication.Ensuring brand asset consistency across all platforms.Overseeing product launches through the gating process.Collaborating with agencies on packaging, photography, and creative elements to enhance shelf presence.Developing and managing marketing campaigns to support brand initiatives.Managing the online presence for both Balfours and New Brand, respectively.Creating engaging social media content and analysing online metrics to boost consumer engagement.Identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities that reflect our brand values.Building and maintaining relationships with sponsors to ensure successful partnerships.Managing the brand budget effectively and providing monthly reports.About you: We are looking for a driven marketing professional who can elevate our brand image, increase visibility, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the food industry or a similar field.Proven ability to create, develop, and execute successful marketing plans and secure valuable sponsorships.Experience in executing marketing strategies across various channels (Social Media, in-store, out-of-home).Product management experience from innovation to retail.Strong relationships with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and team members.Ability to derive consumer insights from research and apply them to drive business growth.Excellent negotiation skills and effective communication across diverse demographics.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Wordpress, and Social Media.A degree or tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.What's in it for you?
