The Brand Impact Specialist role is responsible for supporting CRG brand teams to embed sustainability strategy in brands through community partnerships and product initiatives.
It involves strengthening partnerships with charitable, environmental, and cultural organisations, as well as responsible product and supplier partnerships, ensuring effective communication and engagement within the CRG community.
You'll track the impact of these partnerships, develop new ones, and work with marketing teams to communicate the brand's sustainability efforts to increase awareness and engagement.
Key Accountabilities Contribute to the development of and implementation of Brand product and community partnership strategy Strengthen and nurture key partnerships with responsible product, charitable, environmental, and cultural organisations, ensuring effective communication and engagement with the CRG community.
Support the development of new community partnerships, helping to establish and grow these relationships.
Working with each division to help embed and track their product sustainability strategy aligned to Brand goals Contribute to the development of agreed individual CRG brand responsible materials strategies and targets, alongside Group Sustainability team, brand design, tech and merch teams Working across CRG brands to develop brand level circularity strategies and project management of pilots and initiatives Collaborating with internal brand teams to integrate responsible sourcing strategies into meaningful brand and customer communication strategies Administers the Climate Fund including application management and coordinating due diligence on shortlisted and projects Leading monthly product attributes validation for CRG brands and sharing this back with relevant teams including Creative and Styling and Copy teams Key Capabilities Tertiary qualification in marketing, fashion (sustainability / enterprise), sustainability, community development or equivalent experience.
Experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility with a focus on fashion and textiles.
Experience with sustainability communications and claims validation.
Experience coordinating projects and/or events.
Proven stakeholder management experience, including experience working with non-profit community partners.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Confident in data tracking, gathering and analysis.
