We're on the lookout for a dynamic Brand Experience Lead to join our HIT Team in Newcastle on a 12 month parental leave contract.
In this pivotal, hands-on role, you will be responsible for everything from responding to briefs and executing on-air campaigns to working on station events outside of the studio. You will collaborate with our Content team to enhance our ratings and create memorable audience experiences that showcase SCA's brands and assets. Your mission will be to design, execute, and communicate impactful activations and brand strategies tailored for our Newcastle market.
In partnership with the National Brand Experience team, you will also lead, mentor, and develop our Brand Experience Specialists and other team members in Newcastle! We're looking for a leader who embodies emotional intelligence, humility, respect, and resilience, guiding our audience engagement efforts with passion and creativity.

What you'll be doing:
Work closely with the Content Director, Product Team and National Brand Experience team & Sales team to create and execute successful audience experiences. Work closely with high profile station talent and off-air producing teams to ideate and find solutions to execute ideas that will benefit the brand and our clients. Manage station brand experience activity; managing all elements including (but not limited to) on-air execution, online components, events and activations, production, campaign action plans, announcer briefings, Terms & Conditions and other legal requirements as applicable, winners, prize fulfilment and all internal and external stakeholders. Execute & project manage station experiences as assigned by the Brand Experience Director. Manage all resources (including staff, budget and airtime/inventory) effectively. Experience we're looking for:
Experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy. In-depth knowledge of content, sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms. Excellent people and resource management skills. Ability to motivate and lead teams towards the delivery of creative solutions. Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs. Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels. Ability to handle high volume of projects at high pace with ease.
