Job Description Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the brand and its offerings. Utilise various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising to reach specific audience segments.Oversee the design and production of all marketing materials, including printed brochures, electronic flyers, sales materials, point-of-sale displays, and packaging. Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.Act as the primary liaison for all external marketing communications. This includes coordinating with partners, sponsors, and media outlets to ensure consistent and effective messaging.Work closely with internal graphic designers and video content producers to create compelling visual and video content. Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure all creative assets meet the campaign objectives and brand standards.Write, edit, and regularly update website content to ensure it remains current and engaging. Manage content calendars and collaborate with the web development team to implement changes.Collaborate with various departments including marketing, recruitment, sales, and content teams to develop integrated engagement strategies. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.Lead the development of comprehensive marketing and communication plans aimed at increasing brand awareness. Focus on growing the member and fan base and fostering loyalty among existing members and fans.Plan, execute, and manage all advertising activities. This includes developing ad campaigns, selecting appropriate media channels, and analysing campaign performance to optimise future efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners. Coordinate press releases, media pitches, and interview opportunities to enhance brand visibility.Conduct regular research and surveys to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and brand growth. Analyse data to identify trends, measure ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.In collaboration with the Marketing and Events Manager, develop and implement innovative and engaging event experiences for match days and other events. Focus on creating memorable experiences that drive attendance and fan engagement.Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically aimed at increasing attendance for the sporting events. Work with the Marketing Manager to tailor these strategies to target demographics.Design and conduct surveys and other feedback mechanisms to gauge customer satisfaction with events and activities. Use insights gained to improve future events and enhance overall customer experience. The Successful Applicant Educational Background: Holds a tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.Strategic Planning: Proven experience in developing integrated marketing plans and executing brand strategies.Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in analysing data and deriving actionable insights.Time Management: Capable of prioritising tasks, managing schedules, and meeting stringent deadlines.Event Management: Hands-on experience in organising and coordinating events.
