Role OverviewUMENCO is recruiting a Brand & Content Marketing Manager for an Australian luxury swimwear brand, who committed to cementing their position as a distinctive luxury brand in the global fashion landscape.
As a guardian of the brand strategy, the Brand & Content Marketing Manager will focus on maintaining and evolving the brand's visual and written expression. With a clear understanding of the brands core values and mission. This role requires the successful candidate to ensure that all brand touchpoints consistently reflect its luxury identity. This includes overseeing the Brand Book and guidelines, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with the evolving creative direction. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and external partners such as graphic designers and video editors, you will ensure the visual tone is maintained across campaigns and communications. The brands aesthetic must remain consistent even with seasonal shifts, requiring a strong eye for continuity in design, messaging and execution. Additionally, you will manage resource allocation and budgeting, ensuring timely delivery of projects and presenting campaign concepts and results to senior leadership with compelling insights and data.
The creation of seasonal campaign assets and ongoing content will be central to elevating the brands presence and driving revenue. Working alongside the Creative Director and CEO, the successful talent will define key business objectives and translate them into engaging content for seasonal and monthly campaigns. This will involve overseeing the development of creative concepts, selecting hero garments and researching the perfect talent, creatives and locations for shoots. The successful talent will not only be an integral part of the campaign shoots but also manage asset delivery , ensuring all content is available in the required formats for both internal and external teams. The successful talent will need to ensure consistency across all digital assets, including website content, email campaigns and social media keeping the brand narrative unified and aligned with business goals.
The Brand & Content Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Creative Director and Head of Ecommerce to develop key website pages that communicate the brands story and values. The goal will be to ensure the website not only reflects the brands values and aesthetic but creates a high-conversion shopping experience for all consumers.
As the Brand & Content Marketing Manager the successful talent will play a pivotal role increasing brand awareness and an already established engaged and expanding customer base. This will involve growing the brand's social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok. The role will include managing influencer relationships, orchestrating collaborations from initial concept to execution while also establishing affiliate reward programs to further drive engagement.
The creative vision of the Brand and Content Marketing Manager will extend to all aspects of the visual storytelling, ensuring that events and activations reflect the brands luxurious aesthetic and drive both visibility and customer loyalty.
