Job Description
In this 12-month contract opportunity, help us create greater retirement outcomes for our members. Come and support UniSuper's purpose by planning, implementing, and managing the brand and sponsorship strategy and plan.
The opportunity
You will be responsible for project management and delivery of campaigns, activities, and sponsorships to increase brand awareness, improve member engagement and retention, and support our acquisition efforts.
You will work with a wide group of stakeholders across Marketing & Growth, Member and Advice, People, and executive teams to implement the activities set out in the strategic plan. Your responsibilities will also include:
Deliver and manage strategic brand initiatives - implementing campaigns and activations in alignment with overall brand strategy.
Brand management - support the everyday application of the UniSuper brand (logo, imagery, creative) to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
Sponsorships and events - covering initial sponsorship proposal reviews through to execution of approved strategic brand sponsorships, all in alignment with existing sponsorship strategy.
Budget management - of core projects and initiatives for brand and sponsorship activities.
About you
Your relationship-building skills, high energy, positive can-do attitude, and passion for brand and marketing will be invaluable. You will bring experience in brand and sponsorship marketing, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. Your ability to influence, coupled with the following, will set you up for success in this role:
