You'll find our 350+ team currently across 9 locations and time zones.The Role:An exciting new phase has begun within our brand team, creating opportunities to elevate Pepperstone's global brand presence and this position is one of the newly created positions to support our upcoming brand strategy. As a Brand and Sponsorship Coordinator, you will support the Brand Manager and Sponsorship Manager in creating compelling narratives that align with our brand identity and values, while also cultivating relationships with our sponsors and agency partners to drive brand growth, and ultimately revenue for the business. The role will also support other marketing activities that enhance our brand awareness and brand health across our global footprint, and support the activations of both global and local sponsorships.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Manage the global sponsorship event schedule internally, ensuring that Regional Heads and Partner Managers have plenty of lead time and planning of resources heading into each event and activation.Plan and execute VIP events, ensuring that high-value clients and prospects receive top-tier hospitality.Assist agency and internal teams with planning and event activation including working at selected major events to ensure client details are executed (where feasible).Partner with regional business teams to define event goals and needs, make recommendations for success, and understand the target audiences to deliver exceptional experiences.Leverage these events to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and drive business opportunities.Conduct post-event analysis including recommendations for future events, and provide data or feedback on goals reached.Execute and deliver all brand campaigns to support the long-term strategic plan and client value propositions/ positioning.Collaborate with regional marketing teams to integrate brand and sponsorships into marketing campaigns effectively, from social media, performance marketing, SEO, affiliates, direct deals and other.Ensure brand guidelines, tone of voice and overarching brand architecture is adhered to.Support internal teams in bringing to life internal branding, communications, company documents and internal brand strategy.About you:Proven experience in brand and sport sponsorship related roles.Deep understanding of organic, brand social media and channels.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills.Experience in managing budgets and timelines.Experience in granular campaign and ROI reporting.Proficient in social media and understanding the digital role of sponsorship content.Current full working rights in Australia.Why you will enjoy working with us:Competitive salary structure including company bonus scheme.Genuinely collaborative and friendly culture.Flexible and hybrid working.Remote working option - work from anywhere for up to 6 weeks per year, in addition to hybrid working as standard.Ongoing personal development & learning opportunities.15 weeks paid primary carers parental leave & 4 weeks paid secondary carers leave.3 paid volunteering days per year & Workplace Giving Program.Frequent events and celebrations including a standard weekly social.Beautifully renovated large office at Collins Square - 727 Collins Street, Melbourne.Best in class end of trip facilities including bicycle parking, change rooms & showers.A full stocked kitchen, onsite coffee machines with locally sourced coffee beans (this is Melbourne after all) and curated specialty teas.More about Pepperstone:We're a regulated online Forex and CFD trading platform.
