Position OverviewWe are looking for exceptional Brand Ambassadors to represent many beauty brands such as Dior, Estee Lauder, Chanel, and MAC, to name a few, in our unique stores located at Sydney Domestic and International Airport.
ResponsibilitiesYour new job includes:

Maximize sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence.
Build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs.
Have the ability to understand and interact with people from various cultures simultaneously.
Deliver a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a customer's needs.
Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and proactively seek further information on new products and market trends.
Ensure products and promotions are transacted to maintain stock and data integrity.
Efficiently and smartly transact, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits.

QualificationsWhat you should bring along:

Previous experience within retail is highly regarded but not mandatory. A passion or interest in Perfumes & Cosmetics will be expected.
A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
Immaculate personal presentation.
Strong communication skills.
Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
