Together, we have a collective 130 years' experience recruiting Australia's best team of nurses, aged care workers, disability and other specialist support staff across the country.About the roleAs the Operations Manager based in Mackay, you will be the key operational leader covering Mackay, Serina, Bowen, Whitsundays, and Airlie, and report directly into the QLD & NT Operations Manager. The main responsibilities for the role include:Developing and leading a positive branch culture – both to improve the quality of working life for existing staff and to entice new staff to join the Branch.Ensuring appropriate oversight and active management of all branch financial indicators to ensure long-term sustainability – Full P&L responsibility for the Branch operations.Creating an environment where compliance with all internal policies and procedures becomes a way of working.Leading and driving sales and account management planning and execution.Ensuring candidate supply to the branch is adequate and Alliance Australia recommended candidates have the right qualifications, skills, and experience to meet client needs.About you:The main requirement for this role is an NDIS Support Background. We need someone who has experience managing a branch that operates without the NDIS framework. If you have experience with complex NDIS participants and SIL (Supported Independent Living), this would be looked upon favourably. Other requirements include:Strong leadership capabilities – someone with prior experience in managing a branch, or has the skillsets and capabilities to do so.
