Job Summary: We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Branch/Operations Manager to join our Adelaide team, following an internal promotion!
In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of daily operations, inspire and lead a skilled team, and ensure we meet our goals.
This is your chance to drive the growth and success of our Adelaide branch, especially if you thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven track record in operations management within the industrial or engineering sectors.
What You'll Do: Lead and grow the territory by addressing customers' compressed air needs through rentals, service solutions, and equipment sales.Be a visible and proactive leader for the Service team, setting high standards in customer service and satisfaction.Stay on top of market trends and competitor activities to shape product and sales strategies.Identify new opportunities to expand our workshop, capital equipment, rental, and field service offerings.Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring the wellbeing of all employees, contractors, and visitors.Foster a high-performance team culture, driving accountability and results.Use key metrics to steer the team toward achieving company KPIs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business or a related engineering field (highly desirable).At least 5 years of experience in a similar operations role, ideally within industrial or engineering sectors.Strong mechanical or electrical background.Proven experience in capital equipment sales and leading aftermarket operations (field technicians, schedulers).Knowledge of compressed air products or power generation is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).Strong time management and coordination abilities.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.A strong customer-focused mindset with a collaborative team approach.What's in it for You: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Participation in our Company Share Ownership Scheme.A supportive, team-oriented work environment where your contributions are valued.If you're ready to take the next step in your operations career and lead a successful team, we'd love to hear from you!
