About the role We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead the Quilpie and Charleville team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As an Elders Branch Manager, you will manage all aspects of branch operations across Retail, Livestock Sales, Insurance & Finance, and Real Estate while empowering your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Your expert team management skills will allow you to support sales staff and empower them to grow with the support of an experienced network.
Responsibilities As a branch leader, you will enjoy a day including:
Inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potentialBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations to strengthen the growth of their businessesCultivating new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders' presenceDriving the marketing and promotion of all Elders productsPrioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders' zero-harm cultureCoaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunitiesAbout you To excel at Elders, you:
Have a proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural servicesHave a strong knowledge of livestock and agency operationsAre comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environmentAre resourceful, forward-thinking, and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your communityUnderstand that people are our most important assetHave an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clientsAlthough a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen are requiredThis role could be suited to an existing Branch Manager, Territory Sales Manager, or Rural Products Sales ManagerAbout Elders As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
