About the Role We have an exceptional opportunity for a service driven individual to manage our Mt Gambier branch to ensure our customers' expectations of Quality, Reliability and Value are met.
Reporting to the Manager Energy and Transportation, this role has a broad level of responsibility and authority to ensure all service operations operate to the highest standard in our industry and our customers receive the outstanding support they need.
About You An effective communicator with the ambition to achieve outstanding results, you will approach everything you do with energy, drive and a commitment to excellence.
Ideally from an OEM environment, you will have sound expertise in the management of both field service and on-site technical/service support teams.
Additionally, you will be passionate about performance ensuring you are a visible and consistent leader.
Your Skills To achieve great results, you will need to bring your skills and experience to the fore.
This includes: Significant operations management experience gained from within medium to large business.
Experience working with / exposure to OEM's.
Sound commercial acumen and financial management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to Safety with an ability to foster continuous improvement.
Experience working within Mining, Civil or Construction industries preferred.
Ideally trade qualified (mechanical) with formal leadership training.
