Branch Manager - Mackay

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Mackay branch to be safe, profitable, and lead the way when it comes to setting ethical standards for the operational requirements of the business. You will be a key contributor in ensuring regional, state and national business and strategy plans, whilst effectively implementing and communicating to all key staff. You'll help to maintain and develop a strong management team, which includes continuity through succession planning.Adhering to targets in all key facets of the business such as OH&S, operational excellence, and profitability.
