As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Gladstone branch to new heights.
Position Summary:
The Branch Manager will oversee all operations of the Gladstone branch, ensuring efficient management, outstanding customer satisfaction, and the achievement of sales targets. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, excellent team-building skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of counter sales staff, yard personnel, and truck drivers.Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with contractors, builders, and other key clients.Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, supply chain logistics, and store maintenance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and address any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a managerial role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing profitable operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using inventory management and CRM software.Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to excellence.Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Strong understanding of construction materials, products, and industry trends.What We Offer: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
