General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Full time We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the WA operations of a dynamic and forward-thinking construction supply company.
As the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and managing all aspects of the branch, including overseeing sales, operations, and P&L management.
This sales-focused position will allow the successful candidate to be actively involved in high-level sales negotiations while also managing the implementation of strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Reporting to the Directors and working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be given the autonomy to manage a team of sales, customer service, and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of sales, warehouse, drivers, and administrative staffAssist in researching and securing larger premises to accommodate growthCollaborate with the sales team in joint sales meetingsDevelop and execute strategic business plans aligned with the company's visionIdentify and target key markets to drive sales growthProvide regular reporting on P&L, sales performance, and operational efficiencyMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with company projectionsAttend management meetings as requiredUtilize our CRM, systems, and processes to generate accurate reportsRequirements:Extensive knowledge and experience in management, particularly in solution salesProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teamsPrevious experience in business development and negotiationWillingness to challenge the status quo, innovate, and embrace continuous improvementStrong track record in building and maintaining successful business relationshipsPositive leadership style with excellent team management skillsStrong business acumen, with the ability to analyze and report on commercial performanceThis newly created role is a highly important strategic position, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist in continual improvement and increasing overall revenue.
