Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time OTR Tyres Wheels and Axles are currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our commercial branch in Geraldton.
With substantial growth forecast, this role will lead the successful candidate to new challenges and the chance to grow an already substantial business in the region.
This pivotal leadership position will have responsibility for our commercial tyre operations in areas of safety, quality, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional customer experience in collaboration with our WA sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE: Management and coordination of customers and clients requirements ensuring timely service delivery and quality.Manage, lead and mentor tyre fitters within the Commercial tyre division.Drive and promote a safe work environment and culture.Working with the Senior Management Team to develop, set the pace, and implement business transformation and continuous improvement strategy.Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice, strategy, policies, and processes to aid and improve operational performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base ensuring all their needs are met within agreed timeframes.KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Management experience gained in the tyres industry will be well regarded.Strong communication and influencing skills.Highly motivated and customer focused.Strong analytical capability and general understanding of commercial finance.Proficient in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft suite, Outlook, and sales software, e.g., Ostendo.Previous coaching and leadership experience.ABOUT OTR: OTR - Tyres Wheels and Axles is an Australian owned national leader in the supply and service of tyre, wheel and axle solutions for the mining, transport, construction, and agriculture industries.
