About the role We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead the Quilpie and Charleville team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As an Elders Branch Manager, you will manage all aspects of branch operations across Retail, Livestock Sales, Insurance & Finance, and Real Estate while empowering your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Your expert team management skills will allow you to support sales staff and empower them to grow with the support of an experienced network.
Responsibilities As a branch leader, you will enjoy a day including:
Inspiring and motivating your team to maximize their potential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide personalized recommendations to strengthen the growth of their businesses. Cultivating new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders' presence. Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products. Prioritizing the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders' zero-harm culture. Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities. About you To excel at Elders, you:
Have a proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services. Have a strong knowledge of livestock and agency operations. Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment. Are resourceful, forward-thinking, and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community. Understand that people are our most important asset. Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients. Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen are required. This role could be suited to an existing Branch Manager, Territory Sales Manager, or Rural Products Sales Manager.
