Branch Manager

Overview:
Are you looking for a new opportunity? We are in need for an experienced Branch Manager who has had exposure working within an industrial based organisation. This role is an integral part of the company as you will be overseeing & managing the site's sales, financial, and operational performance, ensuring revenue growth, service quality enhancement, and adherence to compliance and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- You will manage staff, foster a positive environment, oversee quality and safety, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Review and provide opportunities to improve processes for schedulers, logistics team, yard staff and drivers.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure coverage across the state through sharing of outcomes/resources.
About You:
- Minimum 2 year's proven experience within managing small-medium teams and operational procedures.
- Strong ability to inspire and motivate your team, with outstanding customer service
- Proven experience with complaints resolution and dealing with performance issues
- Strong communication skills to interpret reports, identify trends and make recommendations
- Commitment to upholding company values of a healthy well-being, meeting customers expectations, team collaboration, and workplace safety.
- Determination to strive for excellence, through accountability and drive, ensuring a pathway to meet goals and expectations.
- Ability to travel interstate for business purposes
