Development Operations Manager – Ardc

The Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) is a Commonwealth-funded national research infrastructure facility within the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy program. The ARDC's Development Operations Manager (DevOps Manager) leads a hybrid small software development team based in Canberra and other locations. The DevOps Manager is responsible for building and promoting a focused, high-performing and collaborative team environment and communicating clear objectives to ensure the delivery, success and continual improvement of several web-based national services that support research data discovery, connection, publishing, sharing and reuse.Within the matrix organisation structure of the ARDC, the DevOps Manager reports to and works under the broad direction of the ARDC Director, Services and the ARDC Deputy CEO. The DevOps Manager leads and manages a small development team of IT professionals and is responsible for creating a positive and inclusive working environment by providing the team with guidance and support, overseeing their performance and identifying training and development needs.Salary package: $125,186 to $131,167 per annum plus 17% superannuationTerms:Full time, Continuing (Contingent Funding)#J-18808-Ljbffr
