About the role: Are you an experienced retail leader that's passionate about fashion and ready to step up in your career? We welcome your application for a full-time Store Manager to lead the team at our Belconnen store. This is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your drive and initiative to support the end-to-end operations of the store.

What will your days look like with us: Collaborate closely with the team to drive our sales and meet goals Understanding our customers' needs: offering styling advice to ensure they look and feel great Supporting internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales Mentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store Managing monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets Elevate Merchandising standards to ensure the premium status of the store. We are looking for someone who has: Retail leadership/management experience Strong leadership skills to support our exceptional team Experience in providing personable Customer Service experience and building genuine relationships with our customers! Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities Availability to work to a Store Leadership roster - note that this may require some flexibility to work special event trading hours, such as seasonal trade (e.g. sales events, Boxing Day, etc).
