With 500+ employees across 35+ branches and targeted locations, Onsite is driven by a core set of values which support our customer-centric vision – together we grow.Job DescriptionAbout the roleThis role is site based on an 8:6 roster from Perth.You will use your people leadership, management skills and commercial mindset to deliver a high performing, profitable branch location. Use your leadership skills and commercial mindset to make a true impact on your people and the branch's performance.In this role your key accountabilities will be to:Take reasonable steps to ensure own safety, health and welfare in the workplace and also safety, health and welfare of others in the workplaceSupervise direct reports to ensure work is undertaken safelyEnsure training is carried out & that reports hold the necessary qualifications to undertake their work safelyAction non-compliant behaviour & investigate incidentsContribute to a positive safety culture & the achievement / maintenance of our "Destination Zero" objectiveReport all hazards, incidents and near missesAssist the branch managers to ensure all SHEQ inspections are completed for each branch.Desired Skills and ExperienceSkills and experienceThis role is perfect for an experienced hands-on manager who thrives in a busy environment where you can use your leadership skills and commercial mindset to make a true impact on your people and the branch's performance.In addition to this you will have a passion for fostering a positive culture where excellence and teamwork is paramount.Minimum 5 years operations management experience in rental, industrial, construction or related industryA clear and confident communication style, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Ability to analyse workplace risk and implement necessary changes promptly.A clear passion for safety and experience managing safe work practices on a Mine site would be highly regardedIntermediate knowledge of MS office suite.Job Benefits and PerksA rewarding career with diverse opportunitiesA competitive remuneration package and participation in an incentive schemeCorporate Health insurance discounts with BupaIncome Protection InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)MAXIA salary PackagingOnsite is committed to achieving a diverse and socially inclusive workforce.
