Based in the southeast region of Melbourne and reporting directly to the General Manager Victoria, you will drive working relationships across operations, business development and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for the daily operations, managing the P&L, revenue streams and the people, along with operating a fully functioning site. Identifying future opportunities and applying your business acumen, while leading the team will be paramount.
Your excellent interpersonal attributes and communication skills, including technical and innovative abilities will drive continuous improvement across the business, fulfilling commercial recommendations that align with sustainable growth.
