Based in the Regency Park area, you will be leading a team of sales, service and parts & inventory specialists, you will be responsible for branch sales, OH & S, operations & inventory with full P & L responsibility. A solid understanding of cost management, inventory/stock management and sound people leadership & development experience are critical to this role.
Reporting to the Group National Sales Manager, you will enjoy a management team that is inclusive, supportive and forward moving.
We are seeking a candidate with solid branch/warehouse/auto parts management experience within the automotive industry, ideally with exposure to service operations, however, not essential.
A negotiable base salary, fully maintained vehicle, bonus structure and super will be offered to the successful candidate, along with ongoing career progression.
