Job Description
Branch Administrator role, temporary contract with the potential to go permanent in Mackay! Your new company specializes in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, building services, plumbing, electrical and painting.
Due to recent movement within the organisation, our client is looking for a Branch Administrator. Your new role involves supporting the outcomes and working closely with management, planning, and service coordinators.
Your responsibilities will include:
Communicating the status of outstanding commercial issues and assessing commercial risks impacting revenue and cash flow. Assisting Service Delivery and Operational Managers with finance-related queries for accounts receivable and payable. Supporting the Service Manager with RDO and after-hours roster management. Facilitating onboarding for new employees to ensure access to tools, vehicles, and PPE on day one. Ensuring compliance with customer documentation, including audit reports, asset registers, licences, and insurance records. Managing QA of technician inputs and attaching required documents to meet contractual obligations (e.g., invoices, JSAs, Service Summary Reports). What you'll need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
5+ years of successful service contract administration or management experience in a trade or industry-based business. Proficiency in financial ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP/JDE) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong time management skills, with the ability to set priorities, meet targets, and manage deadlines. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Effective problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills. Excellent communication with both internal and external clients. What you'll get in return:
