Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for front-desk reception and customer service.
You will work collaboratively within the team to assist with administrative tasks and customer interactions to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Culture and Benefits Monday to Friday + (after hours where required) Access guidance and support from seasoned professionals to nurture your growth from day one Discounts with hundreds of retailers at over 9,000 locations across Australia Australia's largest privately owned Transport Company Attractive team benefits, stability, and exciting national growth opportunities RIPPA values-driven company with a serious safety culture Career development with extraordinary opportunities on a national scale Fast growing organisation, excellent training, progression, and support Tasks & Responsibilities Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from customers and vendors for all enquiries Enter phone and email bookings and necessary consignment notes for all freight pickups Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing information and directing them to the appropriate contacts Follow all service requests through to completion, communicating the customers' requirements to all relevant internal stakeholders and communicate all exceptions to the customer Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation Liaise with third party transport providers and operations regarding coordination of freight requirements Investigate, follow up and close non-conformance reports (NCR) in accordance with agreed procedure and timeline Liaise with operations team to ensure all 'must travel' freight is actioned Skills & Experience Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Who is Centurion?
