About the Opportunity Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting part-time opportunity for a Branch Administrator who is highly motivated and customer focused to join our high performing team in Bundaberg.
Your responsibilities in this role will include: Provide administrative support across the branch. Set up and maintain administrative processes and records for the branch. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail plus courier services. Maintain office supplies, branch amenities and consumables. Liaise with customers and suppliers on routine matters. Assist in preparing branch timesheets and liaise with Payroll on pay related queries. Process customer sales orders. Prepare and process purchase orders as agreed. Reconciling accounts and invoicing. Help maintain safety stock levels and ensure stock records accurately reflect inventory on-hand. General clerical duties, scanning, photo copying, filing. Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. Ability to work unsupervised and to support a team environment. Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Well-presented and friendly with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve. A desire to grow and develop a long standing career within the Berendsen business.
