The Role:Our Brandon Rural Store is seeking a new Branch Administrator / Customer Service Officer.
The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the day-to-day running of the office; the completion of stock control and administrative tasks required by the store.
Your main responsibilities will include:Answer phone calls & email enquiries and directing them to the relevant personManaging inbound and outbound mailCash handling, daily banking & reconciliationStock ordering, receivals, transfers & inventory controlStock requisitions liaising with LR Purchasing DepartmentStocktake & stock reconciliation in line with inspection scheduleCreating transport consignments & pallet controlOther ad hoc administrative tasks as requiredAbout You:To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skillsPrior administration and data entry experiencePositive attitude, great communication skills with the willingness to learnGood organisation and planning skillsThe ability to undertake a range of administrative tasksProficiency in using Microsoft Office applicationsWe are a people-centric business, full of no-nonsense and committed individuals and are looking for someone cut from this same cloth.
