Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be based in our Hobart branch and take on a diverse range of administrative tasks.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYIn this integral and dynamic role, you will work closely with the entire team at Hobart and will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. You will provide clerical support to the operational areas, including Maintenance, Parts, Service and Warehouse.Your main responsibilities will include:Controlling the banking and petty cash for the branchRaising purchase orders and preparing invoices for paymentCourtesy and follow up calls to customersProviding administrative support to the Branch Manager and Department LeadersOrganising and maintaining file systems and recordsABOUT YOUYou understand the importance of exceptional customer service and have a strong eye for detail.
