What's the Role:As a Store person, you will ensure customer orders are managed and dispatched in a safe and timely manner in line with agreed expectations. Warehouse functions include receiving, warehousing, picking orders, and dispatching products in accordance with the Company's and Customers' requirements.
You will ensure that all items received are counted and checked for quality as per the order requirements. You will check all received goods against the delivery docket. You will have high attention to detail and will accurately label records and deliveries, ensuring products are accurately and safely stored.
You will ensure all dispatched goods are packed to customers' requirements and in accordance with the Chain of Responsibility legislation. You will ensure all shipping documentation is correct before dispatching goods.
Overall, you will be responsible for inventory management, preparing consignment notes, dispatching goods, and receiving goods.
Key Technical Criteria:Chain of responsibility training is up to dateCertificate IV in warehousing and logistics is desirableSound computer skills (Microsoft Office, Logistics applications)Experience in a similar warehousing roleComputer-based inventory skills are highly regardedForklift LicenseThis role will be based in Port of Brisbane.
